Eat My Heart: A Sonnet
Eat My Heart
by Cosmic Poet Simon Pole
In the dark dally I eating my heart,
This cell which is like a dense, diving bell,
Which pressures my head, though long I to yell
Desist do I do as sea-diving starts.
A sea, the sea, its trouble crushes me,
As thick as death’s smother, clinging other
Which won’t go away, though seemingly free
I think me to be, I am its brot…
