God of Moses

God of Moses, God of Job,
God who walked in snow-white robes
Among us in Galilee,
Let your love encompass me.

God who preached upon the mount,
Where the people could not count
All the friends about them ringed,
Touch my heart so I might sing.

God of Heaven, God of Hell,
Where the lost in terror ye…
