With words I paint a canvas here,
To wax and wane throughout the year:
One moment domed with sky so blue,
And next the rain which drenches you.

The moods of earth are my moods too:
The march of Spring, Fall’s crisp tattoo,
Winter’s walled fortress, brittle-built,
And Summer wit…
