Sheets of Slumber

Bed of sorrow on which I sleep,
A foggy brain which sucks me deep
Into a mire where sticks the boot,
I take a branch, pretend to shoot
What me haunts, the buzzard wot flies,
And in my heart a people dies.

Candy she brought at break of day,
And until noon an unease stayed
