Of five square feet I am the king,
Around the tub my edicts ring:
Let no scoundrel abscond this soap,
Or pinch the plumbing with a rope—
This basin have I feudalized,
To be but by me utilized.
A dirty bastard was I once,
Proclaimed by teachers as a dunce,
A grubby napkin was my shoe,
